Soft 100% Cotton lawn tiers with textural raw edges make this a fun skirt to wear on it's own or layered under your favorite dresses and tunics. The waistband is a wide organic cotton spandex doubled band, as we have used for years on skirts and four square pants, that can be folded over to any length to create a perfect length and fit for you.

(In fact, this skirt can also be worn as a dress if you pull the band up high as a top)
