This fabulous skirt has a long fold-over waistband, which stretches to fit and allows you to fold it so the piece fits you correctly. You can pull this stretchy band up so it is higher than your hip thus allowing a wider fit.  You can even pull up the band to make a sleeveless dress out of the skirt.
