WEBSHOP RETURN POLICY 

 

We hope that you are happy with your selection from our Blue Fish Webshop.  However, if you find it necessary to return merchandise, it should be returned AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

1.  Email us at webshop@bluefishclothing.com within 7 days of shipment of merchandise to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). 

2.  If you’d like to exchange for another item, please include your inquiry in your email request for RMA# towebshop@bluefishclothing.com

3.  Upon receipt of your RMA#, please fill out attached form completely.

4.  Include the completed form as well as a copy or original receipt with your return/exchange merchandise and send to:

Webshop customer care will then email you a RMA# and instructions for return of your purchase.  Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of shipment from Blue Fish Clothing Webshop.   

Our return/exchange policy is as follows:

  days for full refund

  14 days for store credit

  After 21 days, no returns will be allowed

All items must be returned with original tags attached.  We regret we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items for return or exchange.

All sale items are final sales, no exchange or refunds

Clothing that was sold as an Outfit must be exchanged or returned as an Outfit.

 

Shipping

An item exchanged within one order is shipped at no additional shipping charge.  Any other shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

When you ship a product to us for return, make sure that you insure it and have the ability to track your item.  If your item is lost in transit to us, we are not responsible. 

Exchanges can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive back.

Credit will be issued on the credit card used for original purchase; credit will only be issued once merchandise is received by Webshop.

 
 
 
 
FRENCHTOWN/TAOS CLOTHING RETURN POLICY (NOT FOR WEBSHOP)

An item exchanged within one order is shipped at no additional shipping charge.  Due to the limited availability of our collections, we offer store credit or exchange for full price items. You must contact the Frenchtown or Taos shop via phone or email to request an exchange.  To help minimize exchanges, our personal shoppers are happy to offer advice on the sizing, fit and color that is best for you.

Please include return/exchange form provided and return to the location where originally purchased.  All items must be returned with original tags attached.  We regret we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items for return or exchange.

Returns and/or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of shipment of merchandise.  If you would like to return and/or exchange your purchase, email or call the Frenchtown or Taos shops.  Return credits can be used in the webshop or in the Frenchtown and Taos shops.  

First Time Customers Only:  We offer the opportunity to return your first purchase for a refund. Shipping charges are not refunded.
